All artwork, sculpture, designs, photographs, renderings, drawings, and other creative content shown on this website are the property of Gregory Beck unless otherwise noted.

Copyright

Purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, and other intellectual property rights remain with Gregory Beck unless specifically transferred in writing.

Artwork and images may not be reproduced, copied, manufactured, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

I use artificial intelligence as a practical, time-saving tool in certain aspects of my art practice and communications. This may include research, proofreading, editing for clarity, organizational tasks, image cleanup or presentation support, and other routine processes.

I do not use artificial intelligence to create the artistic concepts, ideas, or original creative content of my artwork.

My artwork, designs, sculptures, paintings, and creative concepts remain my own work and are developed through my personal artistic process.

Because AI-assisted tools can occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies, if you notice any content on this website that appears incorrect, misleading, or improperly presented, please contact me so it can be reviewed, corrected, updated, or removed as appropriate.

Handmade & Material Variations

Original and limited-edition artwork is individually created, cast, fabricated, painted, patinated, assembled, or finished by hand. Slight differences in color, texture, surface, detail, and finish are normal and are part of the character of handmade artwork.

Photographs on this website are intended to represent the artwork accurately, but colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, monitors, and mobile devices.

Bronze Patinas

Bronze patinas are created through chemical reactions and hand-applied finishing techniques. No two patinas are exactly alike.

Variations in color, shading, highlights, mottling, and surface appearance are expected and are not considered defects. Patinas may also naturally change or mature over time due to handling, age, sunlight, humidity, weather, and environmental conditions.

Warranty

Artwork is warranted against significant defects in materials or workmanship existing at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover normal aging or weathering, natural material or patina variations, improper installation, accidental damage, neglect, vandalism, improper cleaning, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or damage caused by environmental conditions.

If you believe there is a problem with an artwork, please contact me with photographs and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.

Shipping Damage

Artwork should be inspected promptly upon delivery. If damage is visible, photograph the artwork, packaging, and shipping container before discarding any materials.

Please contact me as soon as possible so any appropriate shipping or insurance claim can be addressed.

Returns

Because original artwork and limited-edition sculpture are unique or produced in limited quantities, all sales are generally final.

Returns are not accepted because of normal differences in patina, color, texture, natural materials, or other characteristics inherent in handmade artwork.

If an artwork arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact me so the situation can be reviewed.

Any return must be approved in advance.

Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Deposits and payments for commissioned, personalized, site-specific, or custom artwork are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Changes requested after approval of designs, drawings, models, renderings, materials, or fabrication may result in additional costs.

Completed commissioned or custom artwork is not returnable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Outdoor Artwork

Outdoor sculpture and artwork will naturally weather over time. The owner is responsible for reasonable care and maintenance after installation.

Damage caused by improper installation, irrigation, chemicals, landscaping equipment, extreme weather, vandalism, impact, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not considered a defect in the artwork.

Installation

Unless specifically included in the purchase agreement, installation, foundations, structural support, anchoring, electrical work, permits, and engineering are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Resale

Owners may sell or transfer physical ownership of artwork they have legally purchased. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Gregory Beck.

Gregory Beck does not guarantee resale value and is under no obligation to repurchase previously sold artwork.

Every effort is made to keep artwork descriptions, dimensions, availability, and pricing accurate. Errors may occasionally occur, and information may be corrected or updated without notice.
